The Purpose of Kappa Delta Chi is to promote the values of Unity, Honesty, Integrity and Leadership among women at colleges and universities.
CORE VALUES
Unity
The state of being united or joined as a whole. The sisters of Kappa Delta Chi value unity in sisterhood and friendships and make sure to showcase this in many different ways. They support, uplift, and encourage each other through it all and just like its mascot the penguin, are united like a family.
Integrity
The quality of having honorable principles and moral uprightness no matter the situation. The sisters of Kappa Delta Chi value integrity as they believe doing the right thing even when no one is watching should be above all. These strong women use their integrity to set the standard and support each other like no other.
Honesty
The quality of acting and speaking truthfully. The sisters of Kappa Delta Chi value honesty in everything they do. These too kute sisters always make sure to show how authentic and genuine they are in every interaction.
Leadership
The action of leading a group of people or an organization. The women of Kappa Delta Chi practice this within their everyday lives so that each sister can become their own version of a leader. They pride themselves on being powerful women and making a difference in every room they enter. From joining organizations on campus, like PLC, DEP, HSLC, Latinos without Borders, SHPE, HASA, MGC, AISA, AISES, and Miracle Mindset, sisters of Kappa Delta Chi are the leaders not just of tomorrow but right now.
